Referral Program

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be an active FlowPath customer with a valid account in good standing
  
  
• Access and use the referral functionality within your FlowPath account
  
  
• Submit referrals using the pre-generated email method provided (with the FlowPath referral team CC’d)

FlowPath reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. How the Referral Works

• Within your FlowPath account, you may click the referral link to generate a pre-filled email.
  
  
• Enter your referral’s email address, and send the message with the FlowPath referral address CC’d.
  
  
• Your referral must become a paying customer within six (6) months of receiving the email for the referral to qualify.
  
  
• “Paying customer” means a new customer that enters into a signed FlowPath agreement and begins a paid subscription.

Referrals must be new to FlowPath and not currently in our sales pipeline.

3. Rewards

For each Qualified Referral:

• FlowPath will provide a $500 gift card to the referring office (or equivalent value in a form determined by FlowPath).
  
  
• You (the referring customer organization) will also receive 10% off your next renewal, applicable only to one year of any single- or multi-year agreement.
  
  

Referral Discount Caps:

• You may apply up to three (3) referral discounts per calendar year.
  
  
• The maximum total discount is 30% off your annual renewal.
  
  

Discounts are applied to the next eligible renewal invoice only and cannot be transferred, stacked beyond 30%, or carried over to future renewal cycles.

4. Qualified Referral Criteria

A referral is considered “Qualified” if:

• It is submitted using the FlowPath in-app referral process
  
  
• The referred party signs a contract and becomes a paying customer within 6 months
  
  
• It is not a duplicate or previously known sales opportunity
  
  
• The referrer and referred organization are unrelated entities
  
  

5. General Conditions

• Rewards are issued only after the referred customer signs a contract and begins a paid subscription.
  
  
• FlowPath reserves the right to verify all referrals and withhold rewards if fraud, abuse, or noncompliance is suspected.
  
  
• Program terms, eligibility, or reward amounts may be changed at any time without notice.
  
  

6. Taxes

Any tax liabilities resulting from rewards are the responsibility of the recipient. FlowPath may issue a tax reporting form where required by law.

7. Termination and Changes

FlowPath may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time. Modifications will be posted within your FlowPath account interface or communicated via email.

Rewards earned before termination will be honored provided all eligibility criteria are met.
