The best in the business. FlowPath has a full suite of help center articles and in-app chat available for most plans. Onboarding and setup packages are also available to help migrate data, set up the account, and train the team.
You can tag contractors in work orders and give them free access to upload comments, documents, photos or video, estimates, and invoices directly to the work order. Contractors can also be assigned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and associated to assets they maintain.

Short answer, maybe! There are a lot of systems out there. FlowPath integrates with big hitters like ServiceTitan, ProCore, and Coupa, as well as maintains flexibility for custom integration for our enterprise customers.
Keeping your data history is critical. For most customers, downloading their data into .CSV format and sending it over during onboarding is all that is needed. For others, we have templates to use to collect details you might want. Keep in mind that you don’t need any historical data in the system to use it; some customers start from scratch since their old data is unreliable.
