Single sign-on with your IdP
SAML 2.0 SSO works with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Shibboleth, ADFS, or any other standards-compliant identity provider. Just-in-Time provisioning is supported, and Google and Microsoft OAuth are also available for individual logins.
Send an email or text message to a FlowPath address and a work order is created automatically. Use it for monitoring systems, BMS alarms, and anyone who would rather not log in to submit a request.
Preventive maintenance and scheduled work sync to Google Calendar or Outlook automatically. Technicians see their day in the calendar they already check.

The best in the business. FlowPath has a full suite of help center articles and in-app chat available for most plans. Onboarding and setup packages are also available to help migrate data, set up the account, and train the team.
You can tag contractors in work orders and give them free access to upload comments, documents, photos or video, estimates, and invoices directly to the work order. Contractors can also be assigned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and associated to assets they maintain.
FlowPath supports SAML 2.0 SSO with any standards-compliant identity provider. We have configured customer instances with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, Shibboleth, and ADFS. Just-in-Time provisioning is supported and can map IdP attributes like department, location, and permission profile to FlowPath user accounts.

We integrate with major ERP, building automation, events, workflow, and IT systems including Ellucian, NetSuite, Ramp, QuickBooks, Niagara, Trane, Delta, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Archibus, ClassLink, ArbiterSports, 25Live, Smartsheet, Zapier, n8n, and Zendesk. For anything else, our REST API and event-driven webhooks give you a path. Enterprise customers can work with our team on custom integrations.
Keeping your data history is critical. For most customers, downloading their data into .CSV format and sending it over during onboarding is all that is needed. For others, we have templates to use to collect details you might want. Keep in mind that you don’t need any historical data in the system to use it; some customers start from scratch since their old data is unreliable.
