It is an exciting end of the year for the FlowPath Facility Management Platform. Today we announce the culmination of months of planning, building, and testing which has created new FlowPath functionality that will be of immediate, immense benefit for our customers. It's our pleasure to introduce our new FlowPath Insights Suite.
After listening to customer pain points and combining that with our understanding of industry Key Performance Indicators, FlowPath set out to streamline our reporting to be more tactical for our customers out of the gate. By highlighting standard key metrics to target in the platform dashboard and at the same time continuing to provide customization, FlowPath is helping solve multiple problems for our customers.
First, we alleviate the burden customers have experienced with previous software of needing to highly-customize the product just to get basic reporting working in a meaningful way. With FlowPath, the minute a customer comes into our ecosystem, they now have five key dashboard KPIs that are high-level business indicators that require zero clicks to get started.
Second, the Insights Suite dashboard spans the core functional areas FlowPath covers, including Work Orders, Inventory, Equipment, Vendors, and Finance to give customers immediate strategic insights and trends into their operations. We have heard countless times that customers aren't quite sure what KPIs need to be tracked, or often what is even possible to track given their situation. Now, we level the playing field and empower all of our customers with a powerful baseline for their operational performance insights.
Third, the ability to customize within the 5 functional KPI areas we have targeted remains easy and straightforward. Filtering, saving, and scheduling reporting are all in one module, with data tables readily available to download for even deeper dives. FlowPath wants to give cardinal directions for our users when it comes to reporting, with easy access and manipulation of data for each customer's unique journey.
Over the next few weeks, we will highlight the power of the core reports we have chosen to make standard on our platform, and the power each one can bring to our customers' operations.
